Melvill & Moon is an established South African online store, selling high end luggage, canvas seat covers, campaign furniture & safari accessories. In 2019, after we revamped their website and helped them expand internationally, we launched their digital marketing campaigns. Since then, we’ve been increasing sales while decreasing cost per sale for them, through a digital advertising strategy including Google and social media.
We’ve been able to reduce their cost per sale by 90% over time, even though we started out with a profitable return. On average, the ROI rate for revenue directly attributed to the campaigns is around 540%, meaning that they make their ad spend back more than five times each month. This number is likely even higher when considering indirect effects on other sources. We look forward to improving their sales even more.
