Ctrl is South Africa’s first independent all-in-one car & household insurance app, offering users quotes, claims & advice all in one app. As they have yet to release the app, they needed a comprehensive strategy to get potential users to sign up for early access, thus getting a head-start on their customer base. By creating a new website with a fresh, simple layout and digital campaigns to complement the look, we were able to make a definite footprint in the industry by highlighting the app’s key features to the right people. The result: a 40% decrease in cost per acquisition within one month.

We developed a comprehensive digital content distribution strategy over Google and social media for Ctrl, including a new video advertisement (with a sign language clip for the hearing-impaired). Since Ctrl has not officially launched yet, it has been a challenge to attract potential users to sign up for early access without having an app to use.

They needed a solution that would help grow their user base by reaching more potential customers for less money. By revamping their digital campaigns to date with new targeting methods and content, we helped Magnetic HQ connect with the right audience at a lower cost. The result: a 63% decrease in cost per click within 3 months.
